He's sticking the mouth of his Remoraid up against your back while holding the water-type like a gun.*

Hey, does anybody know a good place in Violet to buy materials? A place for stuff like clothes and plush animals and... well, a good place to buy food too, I guess. Now that I have a good amount of cash I have a few projects I need to get started on!

Okay, Saki's story, the Hero and the Overlord, will begin now! I have a lot of thoughts and memories about this story; it's full of Saki's most important prayers. So... I hope Aoto likes it.

In the suburbs of a village, lived an Overlord in a castle.
And all the villagers were scared of the Overlord.
Because they were so scared, they couldn't farm,
so they were always hungry.

One day, a young man from the village
volunteered to go defeat the wicked Overlord
They praised him as a hero...
Because he was so righteous and strong.

The Hero headed off for the Overlord's castle,
where he eventually made his way to the Overlord's throne room!
There sat the scary-looking Overlord!
The Hero made up his mind to duel the Overlord, but...

As soon as the Overlord recognized the Hero,
the Overlord got scared and hid behind the throne.
The Overlord said, "I will give you a lot of food,
so please don't take my life!"
The Hero was astonished.

The Overlord took the Hero to the backyard,
where he saw a lot of freshly planted fruits and vegetables.
The Overlord told the Hero
"I know that because of me, the villagers are unhappy.
But, I'm too timid to die..."
"So, I thought I would at least help them
not to starve by growing watermelons..."
The Hero felt really sorry for the Overlord,
so he decided to grow watermelons with the Overlord.
The Overlord looked very happy.

After that, the Hero and the Overlord
grew watermelons together.
The Overlord looked very happy.
It was the first time the Overlord had
ever got to farm with someone else!
Their efforts literally bore fruit.
They harvested a lot of large,
sweet watermelons, and they rejoiced together.
The Hero decided to take
the watermelons to the village.

So the Hero returned to the Village
and told the villagers about the Overlord.
But no matter how hard he tried to convince them
that the Overlord was nice, they wouldn't believe his story.
At the end of the day, they pelted him with rocks,
calling him a traitor.
Then, he was banished from their village.
They vandalized all of the watermelons that
the Hero and the Overlord had grown.

The Hero went back to the Overlord,
crying from frustration.
The Overlord tenderly comforted him.
And then they ate a watermelon
that they had grown together.
The Hero never knew that these watermelons were so delicious.
When the Hero told the Overlord about how wonderful
the watermelons tasted, the Overlord became very happy.

When the Hero woke up the next morning,
the Overlord was gone.
There was a pile of plump watermelons in the yard,
with a handwritten note beside it.
"I'm going on a short trip.
I'm giving you the watermelons and this castle.
Please tell your friends that you defeated the Overlord
and captured the watermelons."
Staring at the watermelons,
the Hero couldn't hold back his tears.
