Yo there, Johto! How's this sunny yet fluffy snow weather treatin' ya? Good? Bad? Frosty? Chill?

Regardless of how it's treatin' ya, I've started on the path much traveled at long last! I'm marching down victory road, one gym at a time-- and by that I mean Goldenrod is the first step in many. *It would be at this time Aoto flashes the Plain Badge with a cackle.* See that, Little Emperor Saber? I'm laying my claim just for you. I even hid a flag with my face on it in there to mark my conquered territory. Good luck finding it~

I need to make a serious investment in types other than water if I'm going to do a clean sweep...

... ah, right. If anyone else challenges that place in the coming days, that giant whale sized crater in the middle if the gym? It was totally there when I first walked in.

And another thing! ... do uh. Do Pokemon eggs like, go bad? I've had one for a few months now, but I never actually hatched it since it was meant for a friend... It's not going to spoil or something, right?

Exactly! No matter how small the badge itself might be, if I make a good looking case to put them in, it'll put other badges to shame! It's just as much how it looks, as how you stylishly whip it out to display them.

Hmhm, well... Not here, no. I've made my fair share of things that could easily compare to it though. *Giving a bit of a cackle at hearing that, looking over the Scyther proper* With arms like those, a lot of tools become kind of dull by comparison.

Hey! I only just got it. I haven't had time to make it capable of blinding people. *A HUFF. Geez this girl.* As for the battle itlsef... It went pretty damn smoothly! I almost felt bad for her Miltank though... I might have went too far by using Blue Crusher...

Perhaps not. [ The place being so damn peaceful, that is. ] Still, too much peace, and the world becomes incredibly dull, almost stagnant! Surely this realm holds some sort of sporting event, aside from the actual battles themselves.

Well, it's not like peace is a way of the land or anything. I mean we pit monsters against each other for fun. *Blink blink.* Sporting event...? Sorry, uh... I don't know anything about sports. Aside from V-Boarding, anyway.
